Life and Human Relations (L.H.R.) offers Personal, Relational, Family and Spiritual counselling to those in need.

All who come to L.H.R. for assistance, are regarded with acceptance and non-judgement.

Counsellors and course facilitators are dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families in their journey towards wholeness and fulfilment.
